A Legend Heads Home For M78
On March 22, 2023, Jiro Dan, who played Hideki Go, the human host for Ultraman Jack, passed away from fighting lung cancer. While I may not be the biggest fan of "Return of Ultraman" (mostly because I see it as a downgrade from previous series, especially when it comes to the quality of the special effects, suits, and camera work), I will not deny that the series has some good qualities, namely that it continues the trend of giving more character to the main protagonist, probably more so than Ultra Seven did for Dan Moroboshi. We learn that Go Hideki is an amateur race car driver with dreams of going pro, and we see him grow and develop as a character as the series progresses until he becomes a full-fledged member of, not only MAT, but as a member of the Ultra Brothers as Ultraman Jack. Jiro Dan had other roles after "Return of Ultraman", but to us Tsuburaya Zealots, he will ALWAYS, now and forever until the eventual end of the Macro verse, Hideki Go. God speed, brave crusader from

Ultraman and Avengers...
Ultraman Announces Crossover with Marvel Comics | HYPEBEAST Ultraman Will Crossover with Marvel Super Heroes for the First Time in Upcoming Comic Book Miniseries! | Tsuburaya Productions Co., Ltd (tsuburaya-prod.com) So we're getting Ultraman mixed in with the Avengers set to be published sometime next year. And remembering Marvel's current run with its own properties, and its mediocre take on Ultraman in comic form, here's my response: If this is some twisted gateway to shoehorn in Marvel's identity politics, or politics of ANY kind, into my dearly beloved superhero franchise that I grew up watching and consuming their products from their shitty games to crappy toys, I am going to wage a war against Marvel itself! I will bring down the wrath of God that only a Nerd is able to do, and leave nothing left in my wake!

Grand Ultraman Poll in Japan, Final Result!
In this year, a japanese big TV station had been opening the poll about Ultraman series. And now its final result has came out! Personally, this result was unexpected and surprising. The newer heroes did a nice fight, and got the popular places with the classic legendary heroes. Also I'm glad to see that many characters I supported got the good places. How could I image my favorite Hanejiro to get such honored 25th place among hardcore villains. :') π Ultra Heroes π 1 Tiga 2 Seven 3 Z 4 Zero 5 Ultraman 6 Mebius 7 Orb 8 Nexus 9 Taro 10 Cosmos 11 Ace 12 Gaia 13 Jack 14 Leo 15 Geed 16 X 17 Dyna 18 Agul 19 Zoffy 20 Trigger .....(and more!) π₯ Monsters π₯ 1 Zetton 2 Jugglus Juggler 3 Alien Baltan 4 Gomora 5 King Joe 6 Ultraman Belial 7 Alien Metron 8 Eleking 9 Gatanothor 10 Jamila 11 Greeza 12 Pigmon 13 Ultraman Tregear 14 Kanegon 15 Alien Mefilas 16 Tyrant 17 Evil Tiga 18 Bemstar 19 Dada 20 IF 21 Zamsher 22 Red King 23 King Of Mons 24 Hyper Zetton 25 Hanejiro 26 Twin Tail 27
What Makes A Good Protagonist? by UltramanZenith, journal
What Makes A Good Protagonist?
With the dirth of crappy superhero content streaming out of the ass of Marvel and DC like a continuous stream of diarrhea: on top of shows like Westworld, Resident Evil, and all the other gray-morality content festering streaming services, it seems like writers are forgetting what it takes to write a hero, or even a protagonist in general, and I'm not the only one who thinks that way fortunately: TL;DR, "It's far easier to make bad/gray-morality characters rather than straight up good guys because life just sucks, y'all". And, he's not entirely wrong. Even the so-called "superheroes" that we're looking up to in this dying age are more gray than we give them credit for: So where am I going with all of this? Well since no one in the writing gig knows how to write a straight-up good guy, let me give you a prime example: Ren Senjyu As you've seen, Ren Senjyu is the human host/Third Deunamist for Ultraman Nexus, and is one of my favorite human hosts/human forms of the Ultraman
